2024 Jose & Pepe Jijon; Finca San Pedro, Middle Harvest - Ecuador

This is the middle harvest from father and son Pepe and Jose Jijon's new farm, Finca San Pedro. Jose is an inspired young coffee producer, and we are incredibly excited to see what the future holds for him. San Pedro is one of the most beautiful farms we have ever seen, at some of the highest elevations we have ever seen coffee produced in Ecuador. In the cup we find very clean tropical fruit, rose, and raspberry.
