This is our first year releasing Tamiru’s Classic Washed profile. Made from 100% 74158 variety, the cherry was selected from trees growing above 2,400 masl. Tamiru is one of the leading producers and voices in Ethiopian coffee, and it is an honor to be working with his coffee once again. In the cup we find ripe tropical fruit like guava, purple florals, and excellent acidity and complexity.
