This extremely limited Pepe Jijón Box Set contains 125g of each of the three coffees grown at Finca Soledad: Gesha, Mejorado, and Sidra. Finca Soledad is a biodynamic organic farm with some of the most biodiversity we've ever seen, and Pepe's innovative processing techniques produce remarkably clean and vibrant profiles reminiscent of coffees from Kenya or the best of Espírito Santo.
